Why Choose The Motivator? We are often asked why someone would hire a personal trainer, and when we sit down to speak with a new client. We get many answers like, “I want to lose weight” “I want get in better shape” “My doctor told me if I don’t get in shape I’ll never see 60” “My wife says I’m fat” etc etc… Reason #1: Safety First and foremost, our primary responsibility is make sure you do the program safely and responsibly. Reason #2: Accountability Let’s face it, sometimes we just don’t have the motivation to get up and go the gym by ourselves, and if we do get the will to drag ourselves there, we just don’t quite push ourselves the way we know we should. We need that “accountability partner”, that person who will get that “extra two reps” we know we need to achieve the goals we have. As trainers, WE still have a trainer. That’s right, because even we know that despite the fact that we’ve taken all the classes and watched all the videos and read all the books, we know we still can’t push ourselves to the level another expert can push us to.
