Post-rehab Fitness Training

You may be in need of rehabilitation personal training if you have had an Injury or surgery, particularly in your shoulders, lower back, knees, elbows, neck or hip.

After your physical therapy is complete, continue your rehab with our personal training services to help you build muscles surrounding your affected joints to prevent injury from happening again, and to give your joints stability and the ability to move normally.

If you are experiencing a limited range of motion, constant nagging pain that doesn't go away, or if you need to take pain medications and are not capable of doing every day activities, like participating in your favorite sports, then you need rehabilitation personal fitness training.

We will create a specific training program, to prevent you from injuring yourself and to strengthen your muscles safely.

When you come to us, we will Pin point where the pain is coming from, because sometimes your condition may be caused by muscle tightness. Also we will evaluate your range of motion in your hamstrings, IT band, hip flexers and more.

Once we pinpoint the source problem, we create a personalized training plan to strengthen your muscles and improve your condition, while preventing injury. Most of our clientele has shown great improvement after our training regimen.

Just like no client is the same, neither are their injuries or medical history. You can trust our experience! About 80% of our clients come to us with injury or surgery rehabilitation needs.

We have helped a countless amount of people gain strength, increase mobility, range of motion and be able to return to their every day activities. If you are looking to improve your quality of life, give us a call to set up an appointment at 520-906-5438
